Back by popular demand, the next season of online classes starts October 14th, 2024, and runs through September 8th, 2025. You can sign up for the entire year, or select a smaller package in the drop down menu that fits your schedule. Months are a la carte, meaning after you register and pay, you can leave a note or email me with the months you want to enroll in.
*This course is designed for intermediate to advanced students. If you are unsure whether it is the right level for you, please reach out to Dan at Danmondloch@gmail.com
Class Description:
Join Dan for a monthly online watercolor class where you will enjoy a light and fun atmosphere with fellow watercolor painters while going in-depth on a specific aspect of the medium. Each session will include a group critique, instruction and exercises on the monthly concept, a painting demonstration, and an assignment for next month. Rest assured that each month you will get to see a step by step, start to finish demonstration of a scene, and will have access to the a zoom recording and reference photos used so you may paint it at your leisure.
Classes will be the 2nd Monday of the month from 1-4pm Central Time (with some exceptions due to scheduling conflicts). Enrollment is limited to 15 students at a time.
What if I miss a class or can't make the time? Classes will be recorded and available to replay for 6 months via Zoom. If you miss, you may email me with specific questions and send me a painting to get feedback on. A private Facebook Group will allow students to interact, share work, ask questions and build community.
Course content and subject matter will be new - not recycled from past classes.
